We all know that how much exercise is helpful for our body as it makes our body fit, but we don’t know the other advantages and importance of exercise for our overall health. It is shown in report that if we do regular exercise, it will boost our energy level and stamina. People of our generation have a common problem of obesity as they are so fat that they can’t handle their own body, exercise is the only thing that cam make them fit again but most of the people don’t like to do it as they don’t want to do hard work.

We have evolved from our nomadic ancestors and they we keep moving from one place to another in search of food, shelter etc. They keep moving their body from one place to another and this helps them in making their body fit and strong. Our body has been designed in such a way that they are made for a regularly active.

A common problem that our society has is weight gain or obesity as many of the people just eat foods but didn’t want to burn the calories or do physical activity. this leads to weight gain but when you do physical activity, the more you burn the calorie, the more you loose weight. If you are begginer and want to loose weight ,don’t do from intensive physical activity, start from small habits like using stairs instead of elevators, consistency is the key you have to do it from small things regularly and increase it slowly slowly on a regular basis.

Exercise on a Daily base will make your muscle and bones stronger

Exercise plays a important role in strengthen your muscle and bones as doing physical activity like running, swimming, skipping etc can make your body parts more stronger. As people ages, the muscle and joints become weak and the risk of injury increases and they also become weak due to weak muscle. doing this for old peoples can make their muscle and joints stronger which help them in their hard times. Strong muscle and joints also helps you to keep the posture, codination and balance of the body.

Daily Exercise can help your brain health and memory too

exercising on a daily basis can help you to keep the brain health healthy and also increases your memory and thinking power. while doing exercise, it increases your heart rate which results in increasing the blood flow and oxygen to brain. It also increase the release of brain chemicals which are responsible for production of brain cells which are responsible for thinking. Hence, exercise helps in increasing thinking power and memory. For old age people, exercising regularly will help you to slow down the effects of physcological aging in your brain.

Doing exercise on a regular basis will improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Doing daily exercise will boost your stamina also and you will not be tired easily and your energy level will boost. It sends oxygen and nutrients to the tissue and help our cardiovascular system to work more efficiently. This results in improving your heart and lungs health, and you have more energy to tackle daily chroes.

Also Promotes better sleep :- Doing regular physical activity will help you to fall asleep faster You will start getting better sleep and deepen sleep. just a thing to remember that don’t exercise too close to the bedtime or you maybe too energized to go to bed.
